So, I have been a slacker with this blog lately. Sorry. I have had some success and some set backs lately. I was down to 273 the other day. It was great. But this morning after all the munching at the BBQ for fathers day and the slack in my workouts I gained back 5 lbs. I went for a 3 mile jog this morning. It wasn't a long run, but my speed and endurance is so much better than when I started. I felt great. I did the run in 35 minutes. It was fun. So I decided that I need to get more resistance training in, so I am going to start the p90x videos again with my running schedule. It will be tough, and I will keep you updated on how it's going.
